Your visit will start and end with the Appointment Desk. We will engage you from the very start with a warm greeting and a smiling face. Women's Care appointment secretaries are skilled in finding the appointment type and time that works for you. If you are coming in for your annual exam, please prepare for this exam by knowing your family history of breast and other cancers.
IMPORTANT: If you are a New Patient or you haven't been here for more than 3 years, please download our Patient History Form, complete it in full and mail it our clinic one week prior to your appointment. Also, please have any medical records sent to us one week prior to your appointment (Release Records TO Women's Care from another doctor).
If either of these items are not here on the day of your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Before you see the physician or nurse practitioner, you will see a kind and caring nurse who will call you by name, ask initial questions, enter your information in the computer, and take your vitals.

The onsite laboratory saves you precious time by providing an opportunity to draw labs right after the physician orders them at your appointment. Our lab consistently receives 100% COLA certification.
Even before or after your visit, we care about your health concerns. Telephone Triage Nurses are available to return your calls during office hours. They are trained to handle your medical concerns and to help determine the urgency of your problems.

Our fees for professional services are based upon the usual and customary charges for our area and reflect the cost of providing quality care. If you have questions about our fees, please ask.
Please speak with our billing staff if you have any questions about your account. We want to work with you to avoid any financial problems and to assure that your account remains in good standing.
